Charges dropped against Miller; another man to be charged

This press release was just issued by the Lincolnton Police Department:

Lincolnton Police Department

Criminal Investigation / Narcotics Division

Press Release

Date: Wednesday, March 24, 2010

Case Type: Obtaining Property by False Pretense, Larceny

Case Number: 2010-000419

Victim(s): Zaxby’s

On January 19, 2010 a pocketbook was stolen from Redemption Outreach Church. The pocketbook contained a number of gift cards. Some of the gift cards that were in the pocketbook were used at Zaxby’s in Lincolnton on January 21st and 22nd, 2010. Security videos were obtained from Zaxby’s for the two dates in question. Both videos show a white male using the stolen gift cards. In one of the videos a second older white male was shown accompanying the suspect using the stolen gift cards. The video shows no evidence that the second older white male was involved in the use of the stolen gift cards. An individual came forward after seeing the video on the local news. The individual gave a statement identifying the person in the video using the stolen gift cards as Jamie Miller from Mooresville, NC. Along with that individual’s statement and other information, warrants were issued for Jamie Miller reference to using the stolen gift cards. The older white male was NEVER identified by the individual that gave the statement identifying Jamie Miller.

After the warrants had been issued, anonymous information came into the Lincolnton Police Department identifying other names as being the individual in the Zaxby’s video. The leads were followed up on by the Lincolnton Police Department. Stephen Eugene Travis was interviewed reference to stolen gift cards and he confessed to being the individual on the Zaxby’s security video. Two of the stolen gift cards were recovered from Stephen Travis along with other items that were purchased with the cards. Stephen Travis is cooperating with the investigation at this time. Stephen Travis will be charged reference to the use of the stolen cards. The investigation in the original larceny of the pocketbook is on going.

Jamie Miller was never arrested by the Lincolnton Police Department on the issued charges. The warrants issued on Jamie Miller reference to the stolen gift cards were taken to the District Attorney’s office by the Lincolnton Police Department so the charges could be dismissed. The District Attorney’s office dismissed all charges on Jamie Miller reference to the use of the stolen gift cards. In addition there have been news reports that the second individual in one of the videos was the father of Jamie Miller, Harold Miller a Captain at the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office. None of the witnesses that identified Jamie Miller as the suspect could identify the second individual. The Lincolnton Police Department NEVER identified the second individual as Harold Miller. The investigation of the case has revealed that neither, Jamie Miller or Harold Miller was involved in the use of the stolen gift cards at Zaxby’s.

About that use of prisoners for personal gain. Yeah, that's illegal to. Who houses were they taken to when they were loaded up in the van while working at the prison camp?

Where all did B.C take them those days he had some loaded up? Can you use prisoners to work on your personal home?

wwaahhhhh....somebody moved my signs....I'm a freaking grown man, but tell them to quit moving my signs..or,or,or I'll tell something on you too. I can't win on my own, so me and those who are using me for a sacrificial lamb, will make up things about you, and tell people at my park parties!! Then, I'll go photograph my signs to make sure they are where they are supposed to be, because I'm sure that damn Redmond is moving them. wwaaahhhhhaaaa boo hoo boohoo!!!! If you don't stop messing with little Markey...I'm gonna tell my moma, and she'll straighten you out!!!

10:12 refer to the beginning of this article...someone confessed, It wasn't Miller or his son. Or, do you think the Sheriff made the guy confess....maybe he made him say uncle or something like that!!

Why was Chris Nitzu trying to get dates with his victims??? Gotta couple who would love to tell about that....Here, I'll jog your memory..."If you want to grab dinner or something you know where I'm at"....

I thought it was a Jenkins that tried to date victims? Nitzu too? Wonder what his wife thinks of that?

Is that why Nitzu left the sheriffs dept or cause of the ADA?

The sheriff's race should be decided on issues, not inuendo and rumors. Like Redmond or not, I haven't heard one thing from the other Republican candidates that gives me any reason to seek change. Phil Blocker wants to close a crime laboratory paid for by drug dealers and hire an SBI Agent as his Chief Deputy, whose office oversaw the Crone investigation. That makes no sense. Mark Nicholson is apparently a nice guy, with little experience outside of road patrol and regular investigations. Cheek is a better candidate than either one, but it'll be hard to vote for a Democrat this go round.

I have laughed my way through the blog, there is enough mud slinging to drown a pig. What it boils down to is that like him or not Redman is the best for the job of running the dept. He is the only one with the experience to do the job, Blocker wanting to close the crime lab is crazy, he has no idea what is is talking about! Is he not the one that got rid of the evidence the day of the Misty Witherspoon incident?? Was he not the right hand man to Crone(yet now tells people what a crook Crone was) and followed on EVERY cops for kids trip, knowing what the money was supposed to be for? Ask those who work for him/with him now and see what they say, he will burn you if he gets upset with you. Him and Hillard are "running" the Mooresville PD, and doing a nasty job. Ask how they used their POWER to get a child expelled from the middle school, Ask how everything is done for their personal gain....Ask how many people Blocker has been behind the firing of....
Nicholson I am sure is a nice guy and works well with others, but he has no experience. Can you be comfortable putting someone with NO supervisor experience in that position??
Oh and by the way-Nitzu is divorced. And Carver is a kick ass supervisor. I can promise you that he was no a-kisser in Mooresville, he was a victim of the upper brass. The people in our area LOVE Carver and the cops unit.

Anonymous said...

Carver is that you? The promotion of your good name seemed to be the main point of the post.

Not to mention you blasted others for posting "mud slinging" and then started right in yourself. Sounds like the self-righteous Todd that I work with.

You are right about one thing... you were a victim of the upper brass, but it is because you got too close. If you kiss butt long enough you will get crapped on. That is what you have set yourself up for again.

You are obviously still upset at your getting crapped on in Mooresville. Your post contained 15 1/2 lines.

2 1/2 lines were yay for "Redman."

2 lines downing Nicholson.

2 1/2 lines boosting yourself.

8 1/2 were used stabbing Blocker. Somebody still got hard feelings?

Anonymous said...

Hey Carver... think before you post. There are REAL law enforcement officers on here that can see through a bad statement.

Again, if Blocker and Nicholson have some good ideas let's see them. A citizen's review board is an absolute joke. What possible benefit does it have. The DA's office and the NC Department of Justice review cases presented. A judge hears the evidence when it goes to the prosecution stage. A citizen's review board has no teeth. Can you imagine getting a subpoena from the citizen's review board, I'd just chug it into file 13. Nicholson criticized the impact the Interstate Criminal Enforcement team had on the local drug trade. The money seizures alone are responsible for most of the equipment used to fight the local drug trade and the monies used to buy drugs. Also, the drugs coming to Iredell County come from source cities, where many of those arrested are residents. The problem for those challenging Redmond is that he's already taken all the best ideas.

Tell you what "cactus". Us supporters have gone back and forth with the same issues until it has all been said. It was great that we had our say, but now it is time for the candidates to square off.

There is an upcoming forum which will be great for that. Hopefully there will be some tough questions asked of all five persons.

I have total faith in Nicholson that he will be able to hold his own against the current Sheriff.

I am also looking forward to hearing the other candidates answers. It should be a great event.

In the meantime email the candiates or ask to meet with them in person.

This going back and forth has been a hoot, but now let's hand the ball to the men who are running and see what they can do with it.

For Release: 03/31/2010
New Jersey-Based Telephone Fundraisers Banned from Soliciting Donations; Will Pay $18.8 Million for Violating FTC Order
Defendants Deceived Consumers into Believing All Donations Would Help Local Police, Firefighters, Veterans
The operators of a New Jersey-based telemarketing scheme will pay a record $18.8 million and leave the charitable donation business to settle charges that they violated a Federal Trade Commission order by misleading consumers to believe that they were donating directly to legitimate charities serving police, firefighters, and veterans, when in fact only a small slice of the donations actually went to these charities.

The civil penalty against Civic Development Group, LLC; CDG Management LLC; and owners Scott Pasch and David Keezer is the largest ever in an FTC consumer protection case. The penalty should deter others from violating Commission orders and from deceiving consumers and harming legitimate charities. The case was filed on the FTC’s behalf by the U.S. Department of Justice.

“This scheme packed a one-two punch: it deceived the people who donated, and it siphoned much-needed funds from police, firefighters, and veterans groups,” said David Vladeck, Director of the FTC’s Bureau of Consumer Protection. “The court’s final settlement order packs a one-two punch of its own: a record-breaking financial penalty for violating an FTC order and a lifetime ban on soliciting charitable donations.”

Anonymous said...

“Firms and individuals should not mislead the public when soliciting donations for charitable organizations,” said Tony West, Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Division of the Department of Justice. “The Justice Department will take action when a telemarketer violates an FTC order and takes unfair advantage of the generosity of donors by providing only a small fraction of donations for the charitable purposes for which they were intended.”

Under the settlements, the defendants are permanently banned from telemarketing and soliciting charitable donations, and prohibited from making false claims about anything they sell.
Defendants Pasch and Keezer are required to turn over numerous assets to a court-appointed liquidator. Pasch will turn over a $2 million home; paintings by Picasso and Van Gogh valued collectively at $1.4 million; a guitar collection valued at $800,000; $270,000 in proceeds from a recently sold wine collection; jewelry valued at $117,000; three Mercedes, a Bentley, and various other assets. Keezer will turn over a $2 million home, a Range Rover, a Cadillac Escalade, and a Bentley, among other assets.

According to the complaint, Civic Development Group’s telemarketers deceived consumers by telling them that they worked directly for the charities they called about, and that “100 percent” of the consumers’ donations would go to the charities.

The FTC first sued Civic Development Group in 1998, charging that telemarketers working for the company’s corporate predecessor misled consumers by falsely claiming that their donations would be used locally to buy bullet-proof vests and provide death benefits for deceased officers’ surviving family members. In 2007, the Department of Justice filed a second complaint referred by the FTC, which alleged that the defendants had violated the prior FTC order. The complaint charged that the defendants tried to circumvent state and federal telemarketing regulations by mischaracterizing themselves as “Professional Management Consultants” who were operating independently from Civic Development Group. In fact, the defendants continued hiring, firing, managing, and paying the telemarketers. The telemarketers, in turn, continued to falsely tell consumers they worked directly for the charities, which received “100 percent” of the donations collected. In fact, the charities received only 10 to 15 percent of the donations, and the balance went to Civic Development Group, the complaint alleged.

Anonymous said...

In addition to the other settlement provisions, the defendants must take reasonable steps to ensure that their employees comply with the settlement, and comply with standard FTC record-keeping and reporting requirements.

The FTC vote authorizing the staff to approve the two settlement agreements – one with Civic Development Group, LLC; CDG Management, LLC; and Pasch, and a second with Keezer – was 4-0. The agreements were filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and signed by the judge on March 29, 2010.

NOTE: The stipulated final orders are for settlement purposes only and do not constitute an admission by the defendants of a law violation. Stipulated orders have the full force of law when signed by the judge.
The Federal Trade Commission works for consumers to prevent fraudulent, deceptive, and unfair business practices and to provide information to help spot, stop, and avoid them. To file a complaint in English or Spanish, visit the FTC’s online Complaint Assistant or call 1-877-FTC-HELP (1-877-382-4357). I expect that the Redmond supporters will continue their innuendo of mud slinging and derogatory remarks. That is all they have.

The Nicholson suporters have something better; We have Nicholson who will make one of the best Sheriffs that Iredell County has ever had.

Nicholson for Sheriff im 2010. It is time for integrity, honesty and fairness to be returned to the Iredell County Sheriffs Office.

8:19...where the H*ll have you been? Sounds like you've had your head in the sand somewhere....the Nicholson camp started all the mudslinging and dishonesty. I have yet to see where the sheriff has put "letters" in the paper and on various media outlets concerning the "corruption" of the current adminstration. I believe that the sheriff has allowed Nicholson to remain employed, althought Nicholson has yet to have the balls to even tell Redmond that he is seeking Redmonds job. Wow, now THAT IS Integrity!!! Boy, that really defines character, class, and honesty (and don't forget fairness). If Nicholson can't stand up to the man he is running against, how can I expect him to STAND up for what is right in the community. In the real world he is gonna find those who are much scarier than Redmond.

9:57 if you will go back to the R&L post you will see where you or your friend "Bulldozer" started this entire back and forth deal. Both sides played along for awhile, but it has run it's course. Now it is time to focus on the candidates and hear what they have to say.

As for letters" in the paper and on various media outlets are you referring to the material that has his name and photo with it? I wouldn't consider that cowardly.

As for telling the Sheriff he was running, Mark Nicholson did as he was supposed to, according to Sheriffs Office policy and went to his supervisor who I am sure followed policy and gave the information to the Sheriff. The next step would be for the Sheriff to relay a message back down through the chain of command to Mark, or call him in his office for a meeting. You will have to ask the Sheriff why he chose not to address Mark running.

Mark going directly to the Sheriff would have been confrontational and a violation of policy. Mark did try to speak to the Sheriff at the Reagan Day Dinner and the Sheriff mumbled and walked off.

As for Mark standing up to the Sheriff, it will be done in a professional and very public manner on April the 13th at Little Joe's Chapel in Barium Springs. We will let the candidates, all of them speak for themselves.

Nicholson I give you credit for posting here.

Answer the voter a few question

What supervisor experience do you have?
Have you ever supervised anyone? not just being first on a crime scene patrol guys do this.

Have you ever been the case officer on a narcotics investigation( not simple tickets)

Have you any experience in budgeting I mean have you personally ever been in a budget meeting?

Have you ever had to displine someone under you ( personal issues)?

I think these are valid questions for a person who wants to lead a 230 member department with an 18 million dollar budget.

Have you ever been or are you on any special units within the sheriff's office that migh give you interdiction, supervisory, budgeting experience?

Anonymous said...

3:10....I'm guessing that the answer is gonna be NO. But I am tickled pink to know that being first on the scene makes you a supervisor. That means every first responder in Iredell County now has supervisory experience!

Anonymous said...

3:10... You are perfectly aware that Mark Nicholson has not posted here. Nice try at deception.

Your post is nothing other than the continuation of the past badgering and mudslinging designed to draw attention away from candidates and issues. It was fun, but now it is time to get down to business; candidate against candidate.

If you have a question for Mark, let him answer it himself. You can email him through his website or meet him;

Saturday April 10th at Harmony Elementary School 5:00 until... Come get a hotdog and a drink. Listen to Lois Shumaker and the Grass Vibrations.

OR...

Wednesday April 14th at Lakewood Park in Statesville. 5:00 - 8:00 Get you another hotdog and drink and listen to Bradley Johnson and Group who will be providing the entertainment.

OR...

In your case you can ask him at the office. He is second shift this week.

I actually attended the Reagan Day dinner, and I sure did not see Mark Nicholson make any attempt to speak to Sheriff Redmond. If the little forum on the 30th is any indication of what we can expect on April 13th then people need not waste their time going. I posted the key points that each candidate made from that forum and people are more than welcome read them and ask me any questions. Since someone brought up how respectful and honest Mark Nicholson was I want to point out a little fact. During Sheriff Redmond’s speech on March 30th Mark and his wife talked back and forth through the whole thing. That is one of the most disrespectful things that a person can do. Nicholson really should have been taking some notes, at least then he would have been able to present come good ideas when he got up there.
Instead he chooses to get up there and tell us how we didn’t need any SUV’s, and that a propane system that is going to save taxpayers over $2.00 per gallon isn’t a good idea. He went on to say that he would be more than happy to give city cops county wide jurisdiction. You can refer back to my previous post if you would like information on what the other candidates had to say. Just wanted to point this out since we were talking about the different points the candidates could make.
Redmond did go longer than the rest, but is probably because he had something to say. I’m really not sure how anyone can not be proud of our sheriff’s office. It happens to be one of the best in the state, and has achieved that status under the leadership of Sheriff Redmond. Redmond did state that he had more ideas to implement, and that there were some changes coming. I’m sure glad that someone running has a plan!

Well J allow me to respond. Mark ran into the Sheriff directly after walking in the door. Sorry you didn't see it.

Your next point would be that people don't need to attend, you will post and tell them what was said. You are a hoot!

I was aware that Mark and his wife compared notes during the Sheriff's speech. I didn't see it disrupting anyone. I do find it humorous that you were watching Mark and his wife instead of the Sheriff.

As for what Mark said while he was speaking; once again...

I am confident enough to allow Mark to speak for himself. I don't have to beat down the competition throw out rose petals before he arrives.

You apparently aren't as confident because you spent the last paragraph speaking for Phil... again. Let Phil talk for himself.

The candidates need to speak... themselves.

BLOCKER CANNOT RESTORE COUNTYWIDE JURISDICTION IT TAKE LAWMAKERS....NO ONE INCLUDING CITY PEOPLE WANT THEIR TAX DOLLARS PAYING FOR MOORESVILLE OFFICERS IN HARMONY....WITHOUT THE HARMONY RESIDENCES HAVING A VOICE. ALSO WHY NOT JUST LET THE NC HIGHWAY PATROL WORK IN VIRGINIA, OR STATESVILLE PD WORK IN CHARLOTTE, SHERIFFS WORK THE COUNTY, HP WORKS THE STATE AND POLICE OFFICERS WORK THEIR CITIES

Anonymous said...

I agree 9:35.

That is one of the reasons that I stated that it was such a bad idea. Blocker said that he was going to do that. Nicholson stated that he would go as far as swearing in city officers so that they could go into the county.
Nicholson stated that he was a Reagan fan, but he wants the taxpayers of the cities to pay for their departments to patrol the county? Does not sound very Reagan like to me, but something tells me that he said that just to try and get some republican support.

8:59
So should I assume that you were walking in the door for the Reagan day dinner with Mark, or are you just going off what Mark told you? Mark and his wife seem to do pretty well spreading rumors that are just not true. They both like to talk about how corrupt the sheriff’s office is, but can never give in concrete examples. They talked about how they were sure that it was Harold Miller in the tape, and that turned out to be a bold faced lie. They were 100% willing to destroy Miller’s reputation and career, and I have to ask, Is that they type of person we want leading the department?

But since you will not answer these questions, and you will just state “let them speak for themselves”, let me ask you a question that you should be able to answer. Does Mark know the type of rumors that are spread on this blog, and how does he feel about it?

Anonymous said...

How is stating what was said at the forum beating down the competition? It sounds like just merely stating facts to me.

Anonymous said...

The back and forth information has ended. "Bulldozer" started it for the Redmond team. You and your cohorts seem to be the only posters continuing. As I said before, the supporters have had their say. I'm content to let Mark Nicholson speak for himself.

Can you let Sheriff Redmond speak for himself? Can he stand alone?

www.SheriffMark.com said...

I have to add. Discussing anything with the Redmond support crew has become a bore. Continue with the mudslinging that you started if it makes you more secure.

I've got signs to put up and people to talk to. Good luck and ya'll have a good day!

Anonymous said...

Like I said you didn't answer any of the questions I ask.

You can say that Redmond's supporters started the mudslinging all you want to, but facts are facts and rumors are rumors. I invite people to go back and read the different posts. You will find a trend that shows who likes to spread what.

Anonymous said...

10:32 hoorah!! Well said my friend, well said!! I am so tired of hearing the rumors that Mark, his wife and mother are telling all over this county. Funny to me that the Nicholson camp was willing to throw mud when they thought they had Capt Miller, and was sure to throw around comments about the sheriff engaging in immoral behavior. Do you think that they have finally noticed that this type of campaign is sickening. Glad to see that the sheriff has taken the high road, and does not stoop to those levels. Can I assume that the post from "sheriffmark.com" is Nicholson speaking?

Has anybody seen the picture of the boy who took it for Miller over in Lincoln? Does he look anything like Miller? Does his buddy look like daddy? We're all just going to all believe the police because their all so honest and upright, right? Don't fool yourselves Redmond lovers. Nobody but you is dumb enough to believe only what you hear.......you're not that dumb either but its just easy to pretend here under the veil of anonymity.

Anonymous said...

Don't you know we're supposed to trust the PO-lice? If they say it, it is so. If Redmond said the Millers were not on the video, they were not on the video. If Lincolnton said that they got the bad guy, then they got the bad guy. Who needs proof? Who needed proof that the pot plants weren't Davidsons? Who needed proof that it wasn't the Millers on the video?

That's just how the Sheriff's Office is. If they say it, and their friends say it, it is the Gospel. Nobody needs proof. You just have to believe.

The public will finally reap the benefits of a good leader and happy productive employees.

Anonymous said...

All the employees (except for five) can all go together and get the Sheriff a gift certificate from Two Men and a Truck.

Anonymous said...

Don't we already have one of the best sheriff's offices in the State of North Carolina? I think so. You only get talented people to stay with you if they like where they work, so I don't think your whole "good leader and happy productive employess" line makes too much sense. Maybe you should say something like Now we can have a sheriff's office that Mark and his three main campaign counterparts can be happy with. That would be Wallace Frommie and Benfield. What a sheriff's office that would be! I think all three of those men tried to run the sheriff's office, and got mad when that would not happen.

Anonymous said...

Really...like who? I mean look at Mark, has it cost him his job? Nope. How about JT Smith? JT's father is supposedly running around all of Statesville promoting his candidate. Has JT been fired? There again...nope. It is a lie that the sheriff is telling people directly, or indirectly. I work at the sheriff's office. I have NEVER been told any such thing. The one thing the sheriff is adamant about...a clean, fair election. Looks like he is the only one sticking to that. Mark is out to discredit the sheriff, and we all know it. Guess what...most of the entire office supports the sheriff. We know that we have a good department, we have good equipment, and there isn't corruption and coverups like the Nicholson campaing would have you believe. People at the sheriffs office are afraid of retalation....retalation from the Nicholson camp if you cross them.

Anonymous said...

1:35...a good productive leader? Wow, don't you realize there are 3 other dogs in the fight? Oh, I forgot, you are so egotistical that you only think it is between the sheriff and Mark.

Anonymous said...

1:44 From your post, you are obviously one of the chosen few! I would venture to say you are in the minority of who loves his boss and that department. Don't get me wrong, do the employees love law enforcement? Absolutely, just not under this administration. Don't expect employees to be honest to the current admin. They are in fear of losing their job. Why is that so hard for the general public to understand?

Cindy H said...

2:25 The general public does not understand it because it just is not true. People can see who is spreading lies, and who is not.

Anonymous said...

1:45 I think the implication was that with anyone other than Redmond running the place it would lift a dark cloud that has been hovering for the last eight years.

Anonymous said...

2:25 the general public does understand, relax. just ask around. People have finally realized what has been happening. Also, many employees have gotten fed up to the point to where if they lose their job trying to make things right it would be better than continueing to work there like it is. Perception is no longer what it used to be.

Anonymous said...

1:45 you tried to twist that into a Nicholson thing. If you notice it said "May 4th will be the liberation date of the Iredell County Sheriffs Office".

Tell me who will be in the running for Sheriff after the primary? I don't know and neither does anyone else. I'll bet my last dollar it won't be Redmond though. And then morale will begin to improve.

PLEASE liberate us from this tyrant and his double standards.

We need one set of rules for ALL employees.

We need one set of laws for all ctizens.

We need a Sheriff who leads his employees by example.

We need a Sheriff is is involved with the employees and who interacts with the daily functions of the department.

We need a Sheriff who gets around the county and meets citizens ALL through his term, not just at election time.

We need a Sheriff who will doesn't mind going public to speak when something negative happens.

We need a Sheriff, not a politician leading the largest law enforcement agency in Iredell County.

Get out and vote on May 4th.

We need a Sheriff who doesn't just scream, look at my stats, look at my numbers.

We need a Sheriff who is a part of making those statistics happen and who is actively in every aspect of the department.

We need a Sheriff who likes to work and do his part.

We need a Sheriff whose actions speak for themselves.

I agree with the last couple of postings! Right now we have a Sheriff more intersted in getting his hair trimmed and eating at Burger Barn or Carolina Cafe than being the Chief Law Enforcement Officer of this county. So please vote on May 4th.

Blast from the past RE: Blocker

Hey, isn't Blocker the one that threw away a large piece of evidence in the Misty Witherspoon investigation????? (the couch!ouch!!!) Why is he still an officer????? He made THE WHOLE DEPT look bad. I hear they were laughing at the transfer station when the suits came digging through the trash!

You mean Capt.Phil Blocker and wife Julie Blocker. And pricipal Julie Morrow. But you are 100% correct in the fealings of the Blockers-They personally dislike Matt Burleyson and they brought Julie Morrow along for the ride, Once they got her to complain again about Matt, Julie Blocker left the school. It was well known that Ms Blocker wanted out from Under Mrs Morrow and the NON disipline in the MIS school.

Anonymous said...

Captain Blocker is not in violation of the hatch Act.

He was not reponsible for throwing the couch away.

He is allowed to send anything he wants to the NCSBI for analysis.

He was not dismissed from CMPD.

He was not found in contempt.

These are all rumors intended to discredit the best candidate there is for Sheriff.

Also, I am happy to follow up with candidates on major issues/questions that people bring forward. But in the event that I address those claims with the candidates and they are proven to be unsubstantiated, I will have to remove them from the comments section. That being said, thank you for your questions and for giving me the opportunity to look into them for you.

Why haven't you ever called the sheriff to check on allegations concerning him Jamie? Wow, talk about onesided journalism....if you call this journalism!!

Anonymous said...

I have to agree with 1:28.

Jamie why have you not contacted Sheriff Redmond on all of these rumors that have been spread about him?

Why have you not removed the post?

Does it have anything to do with the fact that Sheriff Redmond seems to have been able to dispove the rumors that you YOURSELF have tried to spread?

It is very hard for a person to view this site as an actual news outlet when you are being so onesided about the issues.

Anonymous said...

2:24....this "newsite" is a joke. One doesn't have to wonder who Jamie is pulling for. Look, they have proved that it was not Jamie Miller, yet, she leaves it up. The Sheriff has had to prove that the allegations against him are not true. The minute that Jamie sees a post on her about her beloved Blocker, she bust hell wide open to have them removed. Jamie will not contact the sheriff, because she has a no something rule...wonder how she spoke to Blocker...she called him that is how. Too bad Jamie, cause there is a lot of shit on Blocker. And now is the time for people to share. Guess what, you ain't the only news in town. Sit back and enjoy!!!

Anonymous said...

Hey, maybe Blocker is the best candidate for Sheriff. I mean if he can change countywide jurisdiction, maybe he can fly too. Who wants to elect a sheriff who doesn't know how something is made law? Guess what Phil, if you win, you will be sheriff....not congress, and that is what it takes to make law.

Anonymous said...

oh...poor Jamie, looks like you won't get alot of cookies baked this weekend. Cause I bet you are gonna be deleting alot of post. How do you justify it Jamie? You let people attack the other candidates, you let people blog even about the sheriff's jacket, yet, you remove everything about Blocker...really??? You should have a hard time looking in the mirror. I never really thought of you as a journalist...now, the person who delivers the paper is more of a journalist than you. You really have done your craft a lot of shame.

Jamie are you sure Blocker never worked for CMPD? Are sure he was never found in contempt of court. The two of you better make damn sure that none of this will come back to bite you in the ass. Let try it one more time answer the questions.

You never removed anything that had been unsubstanitiated about the Sheriff or the Miller's

Anonymous said...

11:51...It would depend on what "status" you would consider a person that is being paid to go through your BLET program (and then turn them down or release them before they actually go to work on the street). How about asking Blocker Where he went to BLET and How he answered the question on the F3 application "have you ever been denied employment with any Law Enforcement Agency?"

Oh, she picks up the phone and calls him,and she is not a fan? She deletes any negative post about him, and she is not a fan? She keeps up every negative, unsubstanitiated post about the sheriff, and she is not a fan? So, what would her relationship with Blocker be??

Phil's website is listed above, click in the name block and it will take you to it.

Call him, (good luck getting him on the phone). Go by to see him, (good luck finding him there)

Just so you know, he usually drives a white Chevrolet Tahoe with a Palin sticker on the back. It sits on the Tradd St side if he is there. Sometimes they will tell you that he isn't there when he actually is. Call the office and tell them that his ex is on her way in. Wait at his vehicle.

Be sure to show up Tuesday night at Little Joe's Chapel in Barium Springs for the forum. You can talk to him afterwards if you wait outside by his vehicle. Better park him in or have a "boot" on his wheel though. (If he shows up at all) I also suggest you take a crash course in mumbling and grunting so you can understand his answers.

Say what you want about Blocker but at least he isn't hiding and playing dirty politics and to try to get the position.

Now this is REALLY funny.... from a recent post on the Sheriff's website...

"Several years ago, the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office became aware that, individuals involved in the narcotics business either selling or buying the drugs according to experts were committing approximately 80 percent of crimes in our communities."

"Several years ago" is a disclaimer. They posted this when Nicholson made them publically aware at the last forum. Then they made up thier little post to try to do damage control.

The site goes on to say, "Sheriff Phillip Redmond feels that anytime or any place you can keep drugs away from the community you will reduce crime. This is just one example of how your Sheriff’s Office has advanced into the 21st Century and what we are doing to help the citizens of Iredell County.

What has happened here is that at the forum Mark Nicholson pointed out the increase in drugs in our schools and community and the impact that more focused local drug enforcement would have.

Then Redmond had his people rewrite what Mark had posted on his website. Looks like Redmond's people are already following Mark's lead.

From Nicholson's website...

"Drug enforcement is a priority for Mark. Most larcenies, break-ins and robberies are committed by people who are wanting drugs or items to exchange for drugs. Catching people and charging them after the crime is committed is the job of law enforcement. Unfortunately that also means that there is a victim.

An additional deterrent would be to utilize pro-active tactics to get more people off the streets before there is a victim. There are always measures that can be taken to more aggressively fight drug use and sales in Iredell County.

Mark says that there is absolutely no excuse for there to ever be a known drug house in Iredell County. Once it is common knowledge, it should and will be shut down. Mark will take whatever lawful measures he has to make sure it is gone.

Mark looks forward to the challenge that drug enforcement brings and is eager to make Iredell County a safer place for our children and us. Drugs are a dirty nasty business. Mark doesn't mind jumping in and helping to make life miserable for those who sell drugs and deterring those who choose to use.

Another issue that has arisen is the Interstate Drug Interdiction. Mark is a supporter of the Interstate Team and has no intentions of seeing it disbanded. His concern is that there is not enough done locally.

At a recent forum in Mooresville Mark was quoted as saying, "..most of the drugs removed from the interstate highways that run through the county -- I-40 and I-77 -- are making other places safer but are having little impact on Iredell's drug problems.

"It's great whenever you can take any drugs off the streets," Nicholson said. "But we're really pulling it off the streets of New York or some other community, not the streets of Iredell County."

To add to that statement... There are distribution points and drugs coming back into the county from other areas. Working the interstate helps curb that flow from one direction.

Working drugs more aggressively locally stems that flow from another direction. It also directly helps out community and helps protect our children from drugs that are here now, as opposed to those that "might" filter back in.

Drug use in our schools has been rapidly increasing. There has got to be more focus put on our local problems of drug use and sales. That is one of Mark's priorities; protecting our children right here at home.

(End of website post)

If you want to see if difference in the quality of your community, Redmond has got to go.

May 4th... Four candidates to choose from.

Anonymous said...

Also good of Phil to acknowledge Nicholson as an expert in the impact of narcotics in our community.

Anonymous said...

1:19....the interstate interdiction team works IN iredell county. How can more "be done locally"? Isn't Iredell county local enough?
Ps...Why don't you really tell us what your beef with the sheriff is?
If Mark is soooo accessable please give out a number to reach him? or are you afraid of what he will say without your coaching? How many raids on "known" drug houses has Mark been the case officer? Did it ever cross his mind (or yours) that sometimes the house is briefly left there while a BIGGER case is being made? How will Mark stop all this? He has ever worked a narcotics case in his career? Has he ever executed a search warrent on a known drug house? Does he know how that interdiction team works? Has he ever rode along with them during a shift (when he is not working)?

Anonymous said...

You don't see me asking Redmond any questions, only pointing out his BS. If you have questions for Mark ask him yourself. You see him in the office everyday just like me. He will be glad to meet you after work and discuss anything you want to ask.

As for what all has Mark done, you can ask him, but let your boy Phil tell what all he has done.

You want to know how Mark will stop all of this? Ask him. But you don't need to. You know Mark and you know how he works. When he sets out to do something, it gets done.

As for the drug houses, I know and we all know how it works. OCCASIONALLY one is left in place while a case is worked. More often then not they are busted and then the suspects roll over on their source. Getting arrested is part of the cover up. Working in law enforcement, you and I know that, but anybody watching TV knows that as well. So, no secrets divulged.

But citizens are complaining left and right about the drug houses that remain in inexistance for a really long time and then nobody is charged. They are also questioning the Sheriff's ties to a number of activities in the county. The general public is REALLY unhappy about the condition of their community.

The best way to improve our county is to vote Redmond out. I realize that it may the beginning of major problems for you 1:34, but you made your choices.

Still another wonderful post on www.RedmondBS.com

The scrolling headline say's...

SHERIFF REDMOND PLANS AUCTION OF SEIZED CARS TO BENEFIT OUR SCHOOLS

Good headline if you don't read the post. First thing you notice is that they have been collecting these cars "seized by their Narcotics Division and Interstate Criminal Enforcement (ICE) Unit during the past eight years."

I don't know when the court dates went by that they could have started selling them but it is real handy that they decided to push the paperwork for auction 3 weeks before the primary.

The other interesting thing is that they make it sound like Redmond is doing this out of the goodness of his heart.

General Statute § 90‑112.1 mandates that all vehicles seized under state level convictions be sold and the funds given to the school system.

The last line is, "It is the hope of the Sheriffs Office that the forfeitures will aid the school system in a time of financial crisis."

Truth in advertising would make that read;

It is the hope of Phillip Redmond that the forfeitures and the press release three weeks prior to the primary will further convince the public that Phillip Redmond is doing a bang up job and has our children's best interest as his top priority. After all, it's not what you do, it's what people think you do.

Sounds like someone is angry about all the good points. It is understandable, it would be hard to keep taking a beating because you have no defense. Especially knowing that if Phil goes out, you go down.

Fear is what we are really seeing in your posts. Fight or flight. Problem is, your flight is kicking in but you have nowhere to run.

Should have NEVER let Phil get you out of that charge. It is always better to answer for your mistake one time than to make a deal with the devil and pay up a thousand times.

Things look different when you are sober. Never too late to make things right. If you do it on your own, it is better than waiting until the cards are on the table and your hand is forced.

Anonymous said...

A little personal message from someone who thought you were a friend;

It has to be tough being Judas. Is it worth it or are you ready to give up your payment and make things right? You know what you have on this side. I would rather be humbly on the right side than arrogantly in denial on the wrong side.

At least over here you know you have true friends. Think it over, life is too short to be living a lie for someone who you know is just using you. True friends will take you back and understand. All he is going to do is feed you to the wolves so he can get away. There is safety in numbers. You can talk to somebody and make this right and you know that there are several of us that you can talk to.

So you have made some bad choices and you owe him. Step up and make it right for yourself. You don't want to be near him when this goes down. You still have a short amount of time.

Anonymous said...

There is still time for people to jump ship. It can't be one of the crying I was wrong I found religion performances like has already gone down. Tears don't convince.

If you want to make things right and do right then you are going to have to start in with dates, times, names and events. We already have many of them and are just verifying information and finalizing the presentation.

There isn't much time left. Once this primary is over and Redmond is out anything you say will only be to save your behind. There is no sympathy for that. Whatever Redmond has on you is small compared to you being tied into everything that has been done.

Step up while you can. There isn't much time left.

This is what experience and great leadership gets you...press release from statesvillenews.com
from today

Over $100k Seized by ICSO

Sheriff Phillip Redmond stated that members of the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office stopped a vehicle on I-77. Deputies spoke to the occupants of the vehicle and after further investigation deputies became aware that one of the occupants had a previous record for narcotics and was wanted for a parole violation in Missouri. After speaking with all the occupants a search of the vehicle was conducted. The search resulted in officer’s locating a box of US currency and another bundle of currency wrapped in foil hidden in the back area of the vehicle along with marijuana. The total amount of cash seized was in excess of $102,000. Deputies used the GE Itemizer which shows trace amounts of narcotics on the money, the currency tested positive for Cocaine, MDMA, and Heroin. Michael Glover of 5649 Musset Drive, St. Louis, Missouri is being held on warrants out of Missouri, and is also wanted in Michigan on narcotics charge.Sheriff Redmond stated that this is an example of the good job the Interstate Team does everyday in Iredell County by seizing cash from the couriers; it hurts them when you seize over $102,000 of their money

You know I didn't even see on the news that the deputies name was even mentioned !
DAMN !!! I just went to Statesville.com we have a pyschic posting above. He already knows what they are gonna post as it is not there now !!
LMAO - Ricky you gotta let it get posted 1st bud or was it Neil or Melody that made that error?

11:21 having to resort to reposting your comments? You must be wearing down. Not surprised since you came into a battle of integrity empty handed.

Here is a thought for old Phil (and his five supporters)...

This is good.

You claim that the puiblic overwhelmingly thinks you are doing a great job and so does your employees. The facts look a little different though if you don't drink the Koolaid for about a day.

There are four people who have decided to run against you. Ome of those is an employee who is supported by current employees, past employees and the public.

None of these people made the decision to run without asking around and hearing both public opinion and employee opinion.

When I am handing cards out for my candidate I get the same generic answer from all walks of life; Phil Redmond is a crook.

Four people have decided that they want Phil Redmond gone so bad that they are spending their money and time campaigning to take his place.

Tommorrow night their will be supporters of all of the candidates there. Assuming that each will have roughly the same amount, that will be five candidates represented by 20% of the crowd each.

That means, Phillip, that 80% of the people there are there to see you lose.

Doesn't look to me like Iredell County is very impressed with your "stats" and claims of responsibility for what your good officers are doing while you are out doing the things that you are doing.

So, think about this tommorrow night if you have the (proverbial) boys to show up:

There are five candidates and four of them want you gone.

There is a church full of supporters and eighty percent of them want you gone.

I think Iredell County has already spoken.

Yep, it is at statesvillenews.com But it still does not mention not one of the deputies by name!
I will say however in the daily poll to the right Redmond is whooping all other candidates butts ! I like it as you can only vote once. So let's see who wins there ?? Will it be a fair indicator of upcoming election??

Anonymous said...

It is at statesvillenews.com Redmond is even leading the poll for sheriff on the page

But it still did not mention not one of the deputies involved in making the seizure and arrest. I also noticed he did not mention even with the trace evidence what they did with the other occupant. He does not want the public to know they let him go !!

Another press release posted as it is turned over and No questions !! I am starting to think all the media just marvels at whatever an elected person says and never does a true article with all the facts. I guess that would cost money or piss someone off. Does anyone remember Dan Dan the newsman? He did not report all the facts but he sure did print enough to make people wanna read what he wrote instead of taking the sale papers out and using the rest of the press release wire BS stories !! I mean really how many reporters dies it take to print 6 to 10 locql stories with substance a day ? The rest are wire reports!
Even with Billy whom I respect alot; I am simply stating quit enabling the BS and report/post the real news not the DAMN press releases!

You must be really desperate to be babbling on and on about all this information that you have. You really don’t think that people actually believe that do you? If you had ANYTHING at all you would have been running to the proper authorities a long time ago.

Someone sure has gone to a lot of trouble to convince you that you will win. I wonder why Bob and Steve would want to do that? Maybe the signs should read Mark Nicholson the sacrificial lamb for sheriff! Your own campaign manager has made comments all around the county about not caring if you win or not, he and his partner in crime just want to try and hurt Redmond. I hope that information doesn’t burst your bubble too bad!

Sgt’s. Dow Hawkins and Jason Reid of the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office Interstate Criminal Enforcement (ICE) team, stopped a van Monday morning on Interstate 77 southbound near the 58-mile marker.

Hawkins said the van didn’t have a rear license plate.

He spoke with the female driver, who told him she and her companion, Michael D. Glover, 38, of St. Louis, Mo., were traveling to Fayetteville.

Glover volunteered that he was wanted on a warrant from Michigan for a non-extraditable offense, which Hawkins confirmed.

He also discovered Glover was wanted for a parole violation out of Missouri, and that Missouri did intend to extradite.

Hawkins and Reid searched the vehicle, and found two packages containing cash in the rear.

you are right....he NEVER lets his deputies get their names in the paper....

I'm the dumb shit? McCain is one person. There are FOUR that have decided that Redmond is too weak to get voted back in.

In addition each candidate has supporters. Which as I said that means that if the votes are split even halfway even, 80% of the county wants Redmond gone.

Of course, you knew what I mean't. Can't blame you for trying to make Redmond feel better. You have to do something or you get yelled at, I know I hear it all the time.

People can run for office without having 20% of the vote. So enjoy that little fact. It sure looks like there are a lot of Redmond signs in yards, and from the people that I talk to I think he has a lot of support. So I guess we will find out on May 4th. After viewing the question and answer event tonight I think it is even more oblivious that Redmond clearly knows more about what is going on than the rest of the people running.

-Blocker suggest a program for using GPS tracking bracelets that is already been put into place by Sheriff Redmond.

-Nicholson, Blocker, and Cheek didn't even know what type crimes were the biggest problems in the county. I can understand blocker and cheek since they don't work at the Sheriff's office, but for Nicholson not to know really says something.

Cheek, Nicholson, and Blocker also didn't seem to know that the Sheriff's office was already working on joint task forces between Police departments. Cheek looked shocked to find that little fact out and YET AGAIN Nicholson works at the Sheriff's Office and didn't know.

Hey Dipshit, good thing Donna Swicegood was there....

Your comment... "-Nicholson, Blocker, and Cheek didn't even know what type crimes were the biggest problems in the county. I can understand blocker and cheek since they don't work at the Sheriff's office, but for Nicholson not to know really says something."

Donna's version... Another issue the five addressed was their view of the number one crime problem and what needs to be done to tackle it.

Nicholson, Cheek and Blocker all cited drugs and gangs, while Redmond and Stamey agreed that drugs are an issue, but said break-ins are the second biggest problem.

I just wounder how much long Cindy Holler, and Asst. DA Carrie, will have before they are exposed. The out look isnt very good, as the SBI was asking alot of questione about both of the yesterday. Smells fishy.....

Anonymous said...

Carrie from the DA'S office is the one dating that Nituz guy that use to work for the ICSO. She is the main one that the SBI is investigating. I heard she has been doing dirty work.

Anonymous said...

By Redmond's own acknowledgement, most break-ins are the result of drug use. The question asked for two different problems.

Get rid of most drug use and you get rid of most break-ins. Just like him not to give a straight answer. But then our current Sheriff wouldn't know what the two most current problems were. He isn't involved enough to know.

His idea of a problem is a traffic jam on the way to Lake Myers or getting "discovered" in Yadkin County by another official, or people in line ahead of him at the Burger Barn or a link breaking on his gold chain.

That is why he blows his top when something happens, it interferes with his real reasons for wanting to be Sheriff.

Dumb ass. Another fine example of what Redmond has surrounded himself with.

Anonymous said...

Carrie from the DA'S office is doing dirty work? When did she get on Redmond's payroll?

Anonymous said...

Something does smell fishy, the back seat of the big man's car.

Anonymous said...

The question was the TWO biggest problems. The fact that the TWO BIGGEST problems are connected seems to make sense. It would be nice if EVERYONE on this blog would watch their language. You are misrepresenting the facts if you are trying to say that the Sheriff didn’t answer the question. Are you just trying to hide the fact that Nicholson didn’t know what statistically the biggest problems in our county are? Because I believe that is what the question was!

Anonymous said...

Watch the language? When speaking to low lifes you have to use terminology they understand. For the sake of others, though I believe we can leave that out.

Drugs and gangs are the biggest threats to Iredell County right now. If you solve a break in and you still haven't stopped the reasons for the break ins.

Your defense of Redmond's answer is just your saying what he wants you to say and an example of how Phillip Redmond thinks.

Redmond is reactive. A crime is committed and you take a report and maybe try to solve it.

Nicholson defined drugs in schools and gangs as the problems because they are both usually youthful offenders. Nicholson is pro-active. You don't sit around and wait for something to happen and take a report, you look for the source of the problem and get rid of it.

Stopping gang activity and growth is comparable to getting rid of cockroaches. If you see one there are more around somewhere. You spray when you see the first one. You don't wait until they are visible everywhere.

Redmond will sit back and allow us to be overrun with gang problems like Charlotte has allowed.

Reactive law enforcement is ineffective at best. Proactive, identifying problems and going for the source takes focus and committment that Phil Redmond doesn't have.

I hope that I have explained it to where even your simple mind can comprehend that you need to shut up before you make Phil look worse. he doesn't need help with that aspect of this campaign.

All the sheriff's candidates did a respectful job, but Sheriff Redmond and Jeff Cheek were the two best speakers. Redmond had good, short answers and responded to the point. Cheek for the majority of the time had good answers, but was a little misinformed about cooperation between agencies in the county. Nicholson seemed like a nice, sincere guy, but struggled to make any points, outside of drugs in the schools. Blocker spoke about cooperation, cooperation, cooperation, and a little more cooperation. Stamey was also very sincere, but seemed somewhat lost in the conversation. Looks to me like it'll be Redmond and Cheek in November.

Anonymous said...

8:40... Same old same old. You are right though, Nicholson is a nice guy. He is also a solid law enforcement officer and I would predict without a doubt that it will be Nicholson and Cheek in November.

Hang on to your hat about that cooperation between agencies in the county, more to come I am sure. Do you think people have forgotten that Redmond supported the city officers losing their county wide jurisdiction?

Redmond did have short answers. He kept getting mad for some reason. And what was that thing he did where he started twisting his ring off? I still haven't figured out what he was writing on his hand while Blocker was talking. Does he not have a notepad?

Anonymous said...

Can you name the counties in the state of North Carolina in which police officers have county wide jurisdiction? I believe that the state legislature passed that bill, so I ask what is your point in saying that Redmond supported the bill?

I was also at the forum and didn’t see any indication that Sheriff Redmond got mad, could it be that you are confusing the fact that he actually spoke up and presented his answer with some confidence behind them? Not everyone can go “ummm” and “well” through their entire speech.

How are you so confident in Nicholson being the winner of the republican primary? Every poll that has been taken on at least two websites (one of them being run by one of Nicholson’s supporters) have shown Redmond as the winner overall. The one ran by the Nicholson support showed Nicholson in second, and another has shown Cheek and Nicholson tied for second.

I guess you weren’t paying attention to what Blocker was saying since you were spending all of your time trying to figure out what Redmond was doing!

Tell me this; Are you the same Nicholson support that talked about how Redmond wouldn’t show up, and that if for some strange reason he did that Nicholson would blow him out of the water. There have been two forum’s now, and from what I can tell Redmond has been better prepared, had better ideas, and presented a much more professional and comprehensive platform than Mark Nicholson or any other candidate for that matter.

I understand that in order to USE Mark Nicholson for your own personal agenda against the Sheriff you must continue to make him believe that he will win. I sure hope that you and your few other friends will be able to sleep at night win this whole thing is over, because using Mark the way you have sure hasn’t been too friendly. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised about that after hearing and seeing all of the rumors that you have tried to spread about Sheriff Redmond.

1:00 am are no specific points in your post worth responding to.

Same old "sacrificial lamb".

Same old, Redmond is great Redmond is good, let us thank him for our food.

Same old Redmond blew everyone out of the water.

The man is a train wreck, physically and mentally. No need to watch him the entire time, just a couple of occasional glances over his direction showed that. I see him on a regular basis so I know he looks bad, but people who had not seen him in awhile were really shocked at his appearance and mental condition. Hearing those views from those people has softened my attitude and I actually feel very bad for him. He didn't gain any support from the forum but he did get ellicit a multitude of sympathy on a personal level.

I wish him well after he is gone, but I understand that his retirement may not be too enjoyable since retiring won't make certain things go away.

You know and I know that this isn't just about the election. Being in office helps Phillip Redmond keep a lid on many things, but no matter when he comes out of office it will be time to pay his dues.

He knows that and I think his plan is to stay in office until the end like his boss did years ago. There is no other way to dodge what is coming and I don't think even that will stop it this time.

People have had enough. He has done as he pleased for so long that he has lost his edge. He used to be able to crap on people and then smooth it over. He isn't able to do that anymore and his supporter/enemy ratio is out of balance.

We are coming up on the end of Redmond's career, one way or another. Things will work out as they are supposed to, when they are supposed to.

When they do, people don't need to gloat and pile on Redmond. It will be time to make things right in and let Phil pay his dues with as much dignity as he can. He has made some bad choices that are between him, the authorities and God. Other than saying a prayer for him, none of us has any place in that equation except to restore order to the Sheriffs Office and Iredell County.

I notice a theme in your sides posting that seems so disturbing. You keep claiming all of these things, but when ask for proof or you are challenged in any way you automatically just start attacking Sheriff Redmond more! You never answer the questions. That really makes me wonder.

As for saying that he looks bad physically and didn't seem mentally in order, I should go ahead and warn you that there is a video copy of the forum on www.statesville.com and people can watch that and see what a lie you are telling.

You keep talking about the support he is losing, but I saw the poll on Statesvillenews.com and he is winning that as well. Maybe you should quit telling that lie as well.

It is easy to see that you don’t care at all about telling the truth, but instead just like to type whatever makes your side sound best.

Sounds to me like Mark is the one drinking the Kool-aid...and we all know the two serving it to him. You are nowdesperate, looks like you are manning this post, waiting for someone to post something. Then in true form as a pack of dogs, you pounce and try to intimidate. Well, I'll break it down for you....You don't intimidate anyone. Everyone knows you are a bunch of old farts that never could do it yourself. You lack the guts to run against the sheriff, so, you convince Mark to. You pump him full of your propoganda, and send him out. You lack the balls to show up yourselves. You continue to say the same thing over and over. You are quite pitiful and very simply pathetic. I hope that you can look at yourself in the mirror at night. You have a lot of bullshit to look past. But, then again....you know that!!

Sounds like you need to bring this up to Mark the next time you meet him in the hallway. You seem concerned for his well being. maybe you should have brought it up at the Fast Track.

To April 15, 2010

Polls on the blogs and internet can be fun but certainly may not reflect what is really going on. For instance the poll that a Nicholson fan had put up showed Redmond in the lead because it was not set up to where the same user could only vote once and the ones voting for Redmond were voting repeatedly from the same user. So things are not always what they seem or maybe its not what things really are but what people think they really are.

MAD MAX said...

Regardless of who you are voting for, I know that alot of you people on this Blog are currently working in Law Enforcement or retired LEO.

Do you people not realize that the general public looks at this garbage and it makes all of us (who work in Law Enforcement) look like shit.

I am sick of hearing all of this crap, grow up, shut up and vote for who ever the hell you want to.
